Welcome to SuperBooking! This User Agreement ("Agreement" refers to all the terms and conditions contained in this document, governing your legal obligations and rights concerning the use of the SuperBooking services.) governs your use of the SuperBooking mobile application("App" refers to the mobile software application provided by SuperBooking Inc., through which users access our services.), website, and services (collectively, "Services") provided by SuperBooking Inc. ("SuperBooking", "we", "us", or "our" refers to SuperBooking Inc., the entity that owns and operates the SuperBooking App and website, and provides services to users.). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our PrivacyPolicy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
Creating an account is necessary to access certain features of our Services. You agree to provide truthful and complete information and to update such information to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include: Engaging in fraudulent or illegal conduct. Transmitting content that infringes any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others. Spreading malware or viruses. Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user.
The content you provide must adhere to standards that ensure it is not: Misleading or factually incorrect. Infringing upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. Obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or hateful. Violative of any applicable laws or rights of privacy.
The Services and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, and all other intellectual property rights are, unless otherwise stated, owned by SuperBooking. Except as explicitly authorized in this Agreement, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from any SuperBooking materials.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services for any reason, including without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Agreement.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our Services will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
We reserve the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time at our discretion. If the alterations constitute a material change to the terms of use, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our Services. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Certain features or services offered on or through our Services may require you to agree to additional terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the terms for a specific service, the latter terms shall control with respect to your use of that portion of the Services.
SuperBooking, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
You have the right to delete your account at any time. To request the removal of your account, please contact us at [Support@superbooking.ai]. Upon confirmation, we will erase your account and personal data from our active systems. However, some data may be retained in accordance with legal obligations or legitimate business needs, as per the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
You can also delete your account directly from the mobile app by following these steps:
1. Tap on the profile section.
2. Click on the edit profile button.
3. In the personal information section, click on the delete account button.
4. Review the delete account screen. There are three conditions that must be met to be eligible for account deletion:
No Balances or Bookings: If your account does not have any balances or existing/upcoming bookings, you may proceed with account deletion by clicking the delete account button at the bottom of the page.
Account with Bookings: You must complete and/or cancel all existing bookings before you can delete your account. To prevent new bookings, we recommend turning off any available days or time slots in your schedule from the Bookings page.
Account with a Balance: You are required to withdraw all remaining funds before your account can be deleted. Please visit the Accounting page to withdraw any funds that remain within your account.
5. After reviewing the terms and conditions, if all conditions are met, click on the delete account button.
6. A confirmation popup will appear. Click on delete account to confirm the deletion.
